Continuing on the path of transparency, during 2012 and 2013, the Company enabled two platforms whose objective is to receive everything related to irregularities or illegal acts, which are all anonymous and absolutely confidential. These reporting channels operate 24 hours a day and during the whole week, being fully managed outside our information system.

These sites guarantee a secure and expeditious communication channel between the platform and the whistleblower, since they are channels developed by an external consulting firm with international presence and expertise in the field, which does not allow third party interventions.
