Con más de 94 años de trayectoria aportando al desarrollo; se constituye en Chile en el año 1929 bajo el nombre de Salinas y Fabres Hermanos Ltda., abarcando el área de negocios de Ingeniería y Construcción, donde comienza ejecutando obras de importante valor patrimonial como el Estadio Nacional (1938) el Templo Votivo de Maipú (1946) y la Clínica Santa María (1958) entre otras.
Throughout the second half of the twentieth century, the company continued to grow and specialize. The ‘90's witnessed the launch of the company Salfa Industrial Assembly (Montajes Industriales Salfa) S.A., which has become one of the most important companies in the field. That same year, the Salfa Real Estate Company (Sociedad Salfa Inmobiliaria) S.A. was grounded. Nowadays, it is an participant in real estate.
In the year 2003, six of our companies obtained the international certification ISO 9001:2000, recognizing the high standards of Salfa Construcción, Constructora Salfa, Salfa Montajes, Salfa Industrial, Novatec, and Proing.
In 2004, the company was listed in the Chilean Stock Market, thereby securing the resources necessary to expand the company, including the acquisition of land to facilitate the growth of the real estate division , and to foment the development of Construction Engineering division.
SalfaCorp´s merger with Aconcagua in 2007, and the substantial growth of the Engineering and Construction divisions transformed SalfaCorp into the largest conglomerate in the construction and real estate in Chile. And consolidated the company for a solid growth in real estate , construction, and industrial assembly. It also allowed the creation of new investment opportunities in industrial maintenance, mining development, and marine works.
Along with this growth in the Chilean market, SalfCorp started its internationalization, reaching various different markets throughout Latin America.
Nowadays, in 2023, SalfaCorp is comprised by more than 25 operating businesses units, becoming the company with the widest range of services, in order to satisfy the specialized needs of each one of its clients.

- Pandemia Covid-19 y Estrategia Implementada. Durante el año 2021, el programa de vacunación y dosis de refuerzo dieron resultados positivos, lo que permitió un mayor retorno hacia la normalidad de las obras, manteniendo siempre el cuidado de la vida y salud de los trabajadores. Al cierre del año, más del 95% de la fuerza laboral de la Compañía se encontró vacunada con dos ó más dosis.
- Reconfiguración de Segmentos de Negocio. Con el objeto de facilitar el entendimiento de los negocios de la Compañía, a contar del 1 de enero de 2021, SalfaCorp S.A. procedió a modificar la presentación de la información financiera de sus segmentos de operación, integrando las unidades IACO y Edificación. Esto simplifica la gestión integral de ambas unidades y produce sinergias operativas y administrativas.
- Norma Chilena 3262 “Igualdad de Género y Conciliación” Dentro de los pilares de desarrollo de Sostenibilidad de SalfaCorp, durante el año 2021, se inició un proceso de certificación de la Norma chilena 3262 “Igualdad de Género y Conciliación de la Vida Laboral, Familiar y Personal”. Nuestra meta es certificar que la Compañía otorga las oportunidades y condiciones necesarias para que cada colaborador(a) pueda desarrollarse y aportar a un ambiente de cordialidad, igualdad, respeto y apertura.
- Innovación en SalfaCorp. Luego de realizar un levantamiento y un diagnóstico activo de las capacidades de innovación en un desafiante entorno digital, la Compañía definió objetivos concretos en esta materia. A comienzo del año 2021, se dio inicio a un plan, cuyo propósito es instalar capacidades y entregar las herramientas necesarias para que los/las líderes y colaboradores de SalfaCorp, mediante un mejor liderazgo y desempeño en la gestión y desarrollo de la innovación, puedan aumentar su impacto en la oferta de valor.
- Adjudicación de Proyectos de Viviendas en Formato DS49. En el marco del desarrollo de proyectos de integración social, durante el año 2021, la Compañía se adjudicó un total de 15 proyectos en formato DS49, de los cuales 8 se desarrollarán entre Arica, Copiapó, Rancagua, Temuco, Osorno y Puerto Montt y 7 en la Región de Magallanes. Cerca de 3.900 familias serán beneficiadas por estos proyectos.
- Lanzamientos e Inicios de Construcción de Proyectos Inmobiliarios Durante el año 2021, 19 nuevas etapas de proyectos inmobiliarios se lanzaron a la venta en la Unidad IACO, con una venta potencial de UF 8,3 millones. En el mismo período, 21 etapas iniciaron su construcción, con una venta potencial de UF 10,2 millones.
- Adjudicaciones de Obras Unidad ICSA. Durante el año 2021, ICSA se adjudicó importantes contratos por aproximadamente MM$ 510.000, particularmente en las líneas de Montajes, Minería Subterránea y Construcción. De las obras adjudicadas se destacan las de Codelco (Div. Salvador y Div. Andina), Minera Centinela, SQM, SERVIU (proyectos DS49 en la Región de Magallanes), obras en Perú en el sector salud y el Aeropuerto Chinchero, entre otras.
- Participación en Índices Globales de Sostenibilidad. SalfaCorp, por primera vez participa activamente en el Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI), índice de sostenibilidad que evalúa las prácticas ambientales, sociales y de gobernanza de las organizaciones y se compone de índices globales, regionales y por país. Además, la Compañía llevó a cabo la evaluación Stakeholders Sustainability Index (SSINDEX), que consiste en un proceso de consulta a empresas proveedoras y subcontratistas para conocer su percepción acerca de la gestión de SalfaCorp en diferentes ámbitos.
- Proyectos de Renta Inmobiliaria. En julio del 2021, se inició la construcción del segundo proyecto de renta comercial, Rentas Vizcachas, la cual se estima finalizar durante el segundo semestre del 2022. En etapa de desarrollo se encuentran cuatro proyectos más, de los cuales dos son proyectos de renta comercial en Quilicura y Colina, uno de renta residencial en La Florida y otro proyecto de renta industrial en Pudahuel.
- COVID-19 PANDEMIC AND THE STRATEGY IMPLEMENTED. IN MARCH, THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC ARRIVED IN LATIN AMERICA AND CHILE. FROM THE BEGINNING, THE COMPANY HAS MAINTAINED ITS STRATEGY TO CONTAIN THE IMPACT AND TO ENSURE THE OPERATION OF EACH BUSINESS UNIT THROUGH THREE PILLARS: (I) CARE FOR THE HEALTH AND LIFE OF ALL EMPLOYEES, (II) MAINTAIN OPERATIONAL CONTINUITY THROUGH AN AUSTERITY ADMINISTRATION AND (III) RESIZE THE INVESTMENTS PLANNED FOR THE YEAR 2020.
- CREATION OF A CORPORATE MANAGEMENT OF HUMAN CAPITAL OF SALFACORP. IN JULY OF 2020, SALFACORP CREATED A SINGLE CORPORATE MANAGEMENT IN HUMAN CAPITAL, UNIFYING THESE AREAS FOR ALL BUSINESS UNITS. THIS NEW POSITION WILL REPORT DIRECTLY TO THE CORPORATE GENERAL MANAGER.
- REPROFILING OF SYNDICATED CREDIT. SALFACORP AGREED TO EXTEND ITS TERM OF CAPITAL AMORTIZATIONS FROM 3 TO 5 YEARS WITH THE SEVEN BANKS INVOLVED IN THE SYNDICATED CREDIT SIGNED IN 2017. THE NEW MATURITY PROFILE WAS EXTENDED UNTIL 2024, INCREASING THE LIQUIDITY FOR THIS YEAR AND THE NEXT. IN ACCORDANCE WITH ONE OF THE MAIN MEASURES THAT SALFACORP HAS IMPLEMENTED FOR CURRENT SITUATION OF THE COVID-19, WHICH IS TO MAINTAIN ADEQUATE FINANCIAL FLEXIBILITY.
- AWARDING OF ICSA UNIT WORKS. DURING 2020, ICSA WAS AWARDED IMPORTANT CONTRACTS FOR APPROXIMATELY US$ 1.0 BILLION, SPECIFICALLY IN ASSEMBLY LINES AND UNDERGROUND MINING. AMONG THE AWARDED CONTRACTS IT IS HIGHLIGHTED CODELCO, QUEBRADA BLANCA 2, MINERA ZALDÍVAR, SQM, MINERA SPENCE, SERVIU (DS49 PROJECTS IN MAGALLANES REGION), AMONG OTHERS.
- AWARDING OF HOUSING PROJECTS IN DS49 FORMAT. DURING 2020, IN THE CONTEXT OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL INTEGRATION PROJECTS, CONSTRUCTORA NOVATEC WAS AWARDED THE CONSTRUCTION OF THREE DS49 PROJECTS, BENEFITING ABOUT 280 FAMILIES IN ARICA-PARINACOTA REGION. ADDITIONALLY, THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, FIVE DS49 PROJECTS WERE COMPLETED, DELIVERING A TOTAL OF 1,241 HOUSES IN THE REGION OF VALPARAÍSO, METROPOLITANA AND MAULE.
- LAUNCHING AND BEGINNING OF CONSTRUCTION OF REAL ESTATE PROJECTS. DURING 2020, THE IACO UNIT STARTED THE SALE AND COMMERCIALIZATION OF 15 STAGES OF REAL ESTATE PROJECTS WITH A POTENTIAL REVENUE OF 5.7 MILLION UF, THREE OF THE PROJECTS ARE BUILDINGS WITH A POTENTIAL REVENUE OF 1.6 MILLION UF. IN THE SAME PERIOD, THE CONSTRUCTION OF 11 NEW STAGES BEGAN WITH A POTENTIAL REVENUE OF 5.1 MILLION UF.
- INMOBILIARIA NOVAL IS SELECTED FOR PROJECTS IN DS19 FORMAT. IN THE CONTEXT OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF ENTRY LEVEL HOUSING PROJECTS, DURING THE THIRD QUARTER OF THE YEAR, INMOBILIARIA NOVAL WAS SELECTED TO DEVELOP FOUR NEW SERVIU PROJECTS IN THE DS19 FORMAT, WHICH WILL BENEFIT ABOUT 690 FAMILIES FROM VALPARAISO AND BIOBIO REGIONS.
- FIRST RECORD OF SALFACORP'S CARBON FOOTPRINT. IN 2020, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNATIONAL COMMITMENTS THAT CHILE HAS MADE IN THIS MATTER, STARTED A QUANTIFICATION PROCESS OF THE CARBON FOOTPRINT AT THE CORPORATE LEVEL. THIS PROCESSS COVERED THE COMPANY'S CORPORATE, ITS FOUR BUSINESS UNITS AND OPERATIONS NATIONWIDE.
- INDUSTRIAL AND RESIDENTIAL RENTAL PROJECTS. FOR RDI, 2020 WAS A YEAR OF DEEP ANALYSIS AND VISION OF FUTURE IN THE REAL ESTATE BUSINESS. THE COMPANY MADE THE DECISION TO ENTER THE RESIDENTIAL AND INDUSTRIAL RENTAL BUSINESSES WITH ITS NEXT PROJECTS LOCATED IN LA FLORIDA AND PUDAHUEL, RESPECTIVELY, CONSIDERING THE STRONG EXPANSION PROJECTED FOR THESE MODELS OF BUSINESS.
- CHANGE OF MANAGEMENT IN THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF APRIL 2019. MR. FERNANDO ZÚÑIGA Z. RESIGNED FROM HIS POSITION AS SALFACORP GENERAL MANAGER. IN HIS PLACE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AGREED TO APPOINT MR. JORGE MERUANE B, WHO UNTIL THEN WORKED AS A CORPORATE FINANCE MANAGER. FROM JUNE 2019, MR. JOSÉ LUIS SÁNCHEZ S. TOOK OVER AS THE NEW CORPORATE FINANCE MANAGER.
- PLACEMENT OF SALFACORP BONDS. IN MAY SALFACORP MADE A BOND PLACEMENT IN THE LOCAL MARKET FOR 1 MILLION UF (EQUIVALENT TO US$ 40.5 MILLION) WITH A MATURITY OF 11 YEARS AND 3 YEARS OF GRACE. THIS TRANSACTION HAD A WIDE RANGE OF INVESTORS AND IT WAS RATED BBB WITH A STABLE OUTLOOK BY FITCH RATINGS AND FELLER RATE. THE FUNDS WERE MAINLY INTENDED TO REFINANCE THE FINANCIAL LIABILITIES OF THE COMPANY AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES.
- AWARDING OF ENTRY LEVEL HOUSING PROJECTS. IN 2019, IN THE CONTEXT OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL INTEGRATION PROJECTS PROMOTED BY THE MINISTRY OF HOUSING AND URBAN PLANNING, IT WAS HIGHLIGHTED THE AWARD FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF MORE THAN 3,500 LEVEL ENTRY HOUSES IN THE DS49 FORMAT, DISTRIBUTED IN ARICA-PARINACOTA, VALPARAÍSO, METROPOLITANA, O´HIGGINS, LOS LAGOS Y MAGALLANES REGIONS.
- FIRST SUSTAINABILITY REPORT. IN 2019, WE PREPARED THE FIRST SUSTAINABILITY REPORT FOR SALFACORP, A DOCUMENT THAT COMPILES THE COMPANY'S SOCIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT AND CONSTITUTES A TRANSPARENCY ACT BEFORE ITS STAKEHOLDERS, PRESENTING ITS BUSINESS AND MANAGEMENT IN THE MATTERS OF GOVERNANCE, CORPORATE SUSTAINABILITY; WORKERS, SUPPLIERS, CLIENTS AND COMMUNITIES RELATIONS, ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT, AMONG OTHERS.
- LAUNCHING AND BEGINNING OF CONSTRUCTION OF REAL ESTATE PROJECTS. DURING 2019, THE IACO UNIT BEGAN THE SALE OF 19 STAGES OF REAL ESTATE PROJECTS WITH POTENTIAL REVENUES OF 7.9 MILLION UF, FOUR OF THE PROJECTS WERE BUILDINGS WITH POTENTIAL REVENUES OF 3.0 MILLION UF. IN THE SAME PERIOD, THE CONSTRUCTION OF 17 NEW STAGES BEGAN, WITH POTENTIAL REVENUES OF 5.3 MILLION UF.
- INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION OF IMI. INTERCOASTAL MARINE INC. THIS COMPANY CONTINUED DEVELOPING ITS PLAN OF INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION, GETTING INVOLVED IN SEVERAL BIDDING PROCESSES IN DIFFERENT COUNTRIES OF CENTRAL AMERICA AND THE CARIBBEAN AND WITH TRADE AGREEMENTS TO OPEN NEW MARKETS. IN DECEMBER, THE COMPANY WAS AWARDED THE CONSTRUCTION OF A CRUISE TERMINAL ON STAKE BANK ISLAND LOCATED 12 KILOMETERS FROM THE COAST OF BELIZE CITY.
- PROJECT MALL ALTOS DEL PARQUE. BY THE END OF 2019, THE CONSTRUCTION OF SALFACORP'S FIRST COMMERCIAL RENTAL PROJECT IN PEÑALOLÉN WAS COMPLETED WITH A TOTAL OF 37,208 M2 BUILT. IT INCLUDES A SHOPPING CENTER, A SUPERMARKET, A HOME IMPROVEMENT STORE AND THE FINISHINGS AND INSTALLATIONS OF ITS COMMON AREAS.
- AWARDING OF THE PROJECT HYDROELECTRIC POWER PLANT FRONTERA. SALFACORP, THROUGH THE ICSA UNIT, WAS AWARDED THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT HYDROELECTRIC POWER PLANT FRONTERA FOR ALMOST USD $ 150 MILLION, THE PLANT IS LOCATED ON THE BOUNDARY BETWEEN LOS ANGELES AND MULCHÉN, IN THE BIOBÍO REGION. THE CONSTRUCTION OF THIS PROJECT WILL BEGIN IN MID 2020.
- COLLABORATIVE SAFETY AGREEMENT. SAFETY CULTURE. IN OUR WAY TO BUILD AND CONSOLIDATE A SAFETY CULTURE, A COLLABORATIVE AGREEMENT WAS SIGNED WITH MUTUAL DE SEGURIDAD (CCHC) AND THE INSTITUTE FOR AN INDUSTRIAL SAFETY CULTURE OF FRANCE (ICSI).
- SUCCESSFUL PLACEMENT OF SALFACORP BONDS. DURING 2018 SALFACORP MADE TWO SUCCESSFUL PLACEMENTS OF CORPORATE BONDS (P SERIES IN APRIL AND S SERIES IN DECEMBER) FOR 4 MILLION UF (US$ 165 MILLION) ENTIRELY FOR THE REFINANCING OF FINANCIAL LIABILITIES.
- HISTORIC BACKLOG. AT THE END OF JUNE 2018, THE ICSA BUSINESS UNIT CLOSED WITH A HISTORICAL BALANCE OF PENDING WORKS, REACHING MORE THAN $ 1,000 MILLION (US$ 1.3 MILLION).
- LAUNCHING OF IACO PROJECTS. DURING 2018, THE BUSINESS UNIT INMOBILIARIA ACONCAGUA LAUNCHED FOR SALE 21 PROJECTS AND STAGES WITH POTENTIAL REVENUES FOR 6,7 MILLION UF (US$ 276 MILLION); FOUR OF THEM CORRESPOND TO RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS, IN LINE WITH THIS UNIT’S STRATEGY.
- PROJECT AGREEMENTS. AT THE END OF 2018, THE BUSINESS UNIT REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT AND INVESTMENTS SIGNED AGREEMENTS FOR TWO NEW COMMERCIAL RENTAL PROJECTS IN THE METROPOLITAN REGION FOR A TOTAL AREA OF 45,000 M2 APPROXIMATELY.
- ENTRY LEVEL HOUSING. BEGINNING OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF FIVE PROJECTS, THREE DS19 OF SOCIAL INTEGRATION AND TWO DS01 OF SUBSIDIES, FOR A TOTAL OF 1,021 HOUSES; TWO PROJECTS OF THE MINVU DS19 TENDER WERE AWARDED FOR 395 HOUSES, ALSO THE “GESTIRED” AGENCY WAS CREATED FOR DEED MANAGEMENT BY PUBLIC INSTRUMENTS, WHICH FACILITATES THIS MANAGEMENT AND REDUCES OPERATIONAL COSTS TO CUSTOMERS.
- IMPORTANT AWARDING OF DS49 TENDER. IN 2018, IN THE CONTEXT OF THE MINVU'S DS49 HOUSING SOLIDARITY FUND FOR HOUSING CHOICE PROGRAM, THE BUILDING UNIT WAS AWARDED A TENDER PROMOTED BY SERVIU AND SEREMI MINVU IN LOS LAGOS REGION, WHICH INCLUDES THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF 400 HOUSES IN OSORNO. THE PROJECT STANDS OUT FOR ITS HIGH THERMAL STANDARD AND ENERGY EFFICIENCY, BEING A PIONEER IN INCORPORATING THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE ATMOSPHERIC DECONTAMINATION PLAN.
- GREATER DYNAMISM IN THE PERUVIAN MARKET. DURING 2018, THE PERUVIAN MARKET SHOWED A GREATER DYNAMISM AND IT WAS REFLECTED IN OUR BACKLOG IN THIS COUNTRY THAT GREW AT DOUBLE, REACHING APPROXIMATELY $31,000 MILLION. (US$ 43 MILLIONS)
- CONSTANT PRESENCE IN DOMINICAN REPUBLIC. IN NOVEMBER 2018, INTERCOASTAL MARINE INC WAS AWARDED THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE THIRD MARITIME WORK ON THE ISLAND, ALLOWING ITS UNINTERRUPTED PERMANENCE SINCE 2016. IN THIS OPPORTUNITY, THE WORK IS AN EPC (ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT AND CONSTRUCTION) FOR THE PORT OF HAINA, LOCATED IN SANTO DOMINGO.
- CONTRACT AWARD OF SPENCE PROJECT TO FLOUR- SALFA. DURING THE THIRD QUARTER OF 2017, THE JOINT VENTURE 50/50, FORMED BETWEEN SALFACORP Y FLUOR CORPORATION AWARDED AN EPC CONTRACT (ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT, AND CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT) FOR THE PROJECT “SPENCE GROWTH OPTION” IN THE SPENCE OPEN PIT MINE OF BHP, IN THE NORTH OF CHILE. THIS ALLIANCE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION, ACQUISITION AND INTEGRATION OF THE REQUIERED GOODS AND SERVICES TO DELIVER A COPPER MILL PLANT, WITH CAPACITY TO PROCESS 95,000 TONS OF MINERAL PER DAY.
- PROJECTS AWARDING AND RECOGNITION IN DIVISIÓN EL TENIENTE. GEOVITA, A LEADING COMPANY IN MINING DEVELOPMENT, WAS AWARDED IMPORTANT CONTRACTS WITH CODELCO DIVISIÓN EL TENIENTE, IN RANCAGUA. WITHIN THE HIGHLIGHTED PROJECTS WERE “UNDERGROUND WORK IN NEW MINE LEVEL”, “VENTILATION ADITS PHASE II” AND “CONNECTION MINA ESMERALDA SUR”, WHICH WILL ALLOW COPPER PRODUCTION TO BE MAINTAINED AT CURRENT LEVELS FROM 2022 AND FOR FOUR DECADES. ADDITIONALLY, GEOVITA WAS RECOGNIZED FOR ITS OUTSTANDING MANAGEMENT DURING 2017 FOR INCORPORATING TECHNOLOGY IN ITS PROCESSES OF THIS DIVISION.
- THE BUSINESS UNIT INMOBILIARIA ACONCAGUA (RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT), IN ALLIANCE WITH CREDICORP, MADE A SUCCESSFUL PLACEMENT OF FUND III, RAISING 1.5 MILLION UF (US$ 61.8 MILLION), AND WITH A DEMAND THAT REACHED FOUR TIMES THE PLACEMENT AMOUNT. THE RESOURCES WILL FINANCE, WITHIN THE NEXT 7 YEARS, REAL ESTATE PROJECTS OF HOUSES AND BUILDINGS IN SANTIAGO, VIÑA DEL MAR AND CONCEPCIÓN, FOCUSED ON THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC SEGMENTS C2, C3 AND D.
- AWARDING OF ENTRY-LEVEL HOUSING PROJECTS. IN 2017, IN THE CONTEXT OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL INTEGRATION PROJECTS PROMOTED BY THE MINISTRY OF HOUSING AND URBAN PLANNING (MINVU), INMOBILIARIA NOVAL WAS AWARDED THE CONSTRUCTION OF 925 DS19 HOUSES DISTRIBUTED IN ANTOFAGASTA, PUENTE ALTO, VILLA ALEMANA AND TEMUCO. ALSO, IN 2017 WAS HIGHLIGHTED THE CONSTRUCTION OF 596 DS01 HOUSES DISTRIBUTED IN CERRILLOS, QUINTA NORMAL, PUENTE ALTO AND PADRE HURTADO.
- BEGGINING OF THE EPC PROJECT MALL ALTOS DEL PARQUE. IN NOVEMBER 2017 SALFACORP STARTED THE CONSTRUCTION OF ITS FIRST COMMERCIAL RENTAL BUSINESS, THROUGH THE REAL ESTATE COMPANY AND RENTAL QUILÍN SPA, IN WHICH IT HAS A 50% OF SHARING. THE PROJECT WILL HAVE AN AREA OF 38,000 M2 APPROXIMATELY. - SALFACORP SYNDICATED LOAN FOR A TOTAL AMOUNT OF 2.6 MILLION UF (US$ 107 MILLION). IN AUGUST 2017 SALFACORP SIGNED A CREDIT CONTRACT WITH SEVEN CREDITOR BANKS, FOR A TOTAL AMOUNT OF 2,600,000 UF. THE GOAL OF THIS FINANCING WAS TO EXTEND THE MATURITY PROFILE OF THE COMPANY'S FINANCIAL LIABILITIES, IN A CONTEXT OF LOW INTEREST RATES. THE MAIN FINANCIAL COVENANTS REMAINED THE SAME AS THE EXISTING COVENANTS OF THE SYNDICATED LOAN SIGNED IN 2014.
- BEGINNING OF THE INFRASTRUCTURE WORKS FOR LAGUNA DEL SOL. IN AUGUST 2017, LAGUNA DEL SOL BEGAN THE CONSTRUCTION OF TWO LARGE SCALE CONSTRUCTION WORKS FOR THIS MEGA PROJECT: SAN IGNACIO LOW LEVEL CROSSING AND RAINWATER EMISSARY, BUILT BY ICIL ICAFAL AND NOVATEC, RESPECTIVELY. - New structure of Inmobiliaria Aconcagua. Towards the end of 2016, its structure changed from one based on geographic zones to a product-based one, developing three types of products: Residential Buidlings, Houses & Buildings up to 4 floors and Entry-level Households.
- New Strategic Partner. Fluor, a multinational Company and SalfaCorp formed a strategic alliance after engaging in several large mining projects together. With this alliance, they can jointly offer a wider range of Engineering & Construction services.
