This business unit has two main activities:

LAND SALES

This unit manages SalfaCorp’s land bank, reaching 807 hectares (as of December 2022) in urban areas distributed between Antofagasta and Punta Arenas.

It develops the master plans of the company's land bank and the necessary infrastructure for its feasibility so as to maximize its added value and make them available for Inmobiliaria Aconcagua and other external operators involved in real estate, commercial operators or infrastructure services (supermarkets, schools, hospitals, non-residential buildings, etc.). In order to develop its mega projects, it forms alliances with other operators, on medium and long-term basis, that add value to the land bank and allows for timely consolidation and development of the neighborhoods. 

PROPERTY RENTALS

The main challenge of this unit is to develop projects for commercial, residential and industrial rentals, using its own land or those of third parties. Each of these projects are developed through strategic and specialized partners.
